SUMMARY:
ISP Key Account Manager

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow ISP, WISP, and enterprise client relationships
  • Drive revenue through solution-based sales (networking, connectivity, hardware)
  • Engage commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Structure and negotiate pricing, contracts, and volume agreements
  • Expand accounts and increase recurring revenue
  • Coordinate with technical/support teams on deployments and solutions
  • Support product rollouts and network expansion projects
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in ISP, telecoms, or networking sales/account management
  • Direct experience working with ISP/WISP or connectivity clients
