The ISP Safeguarding Manager role reports to the Head of Safeguarding. The position is responsible for ensuring that effective management of Safeguarding policy and procedures is carried out within the schools in your specified area. The position will play a key supporting role to the Head of Safeguarding and the ISP Schools in your area. The role demands an ability to build strong relationships with Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) in each school, provide guidance, support and direction to create a positive Safeguarding culture throughout your area.
