KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015)

Assist in maintaining and continuously improving Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems, processes, and standards.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requirements, statutory regulations, and company standards.

Maintain, update, revise, and improve internal systems and procedures to meet certification body requirements.

Ensure all systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audit standards.

Follow up on corrective actions relating to identified non-conformities.
