Penspen is urgently looking for Island Manager for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Job Purpose: To lead and manage all offshore island project activities, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective execution of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up phases. The role requires a profile similar to a Site Construction Manager , combined with strong project site execution and interface leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on the Island, including EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, IPMT Projects, and support teams.
• Serve as the Incident Commander, managing integrated ERP systems among EPC Contractors to ensure emergency preparedness, equipment readiness, and personnel training.
• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the Island Temporary Accommodation Camp and associated utilities (RO, STP, ...
