**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

Supervises and coordinates activities of work crews engaged in erecting structural steel. Displays crew leadership.

+ Supervise workers in performance of ironwork tasks, such as welding, bolting, and chipping, using portable power tools.
+ Coordinates activities of assigned craft workers.
+ Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
