What the role is: As an intern in the Strategic HR (SHR) team in the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), you will be contributing to the team’s efforts in developing HR capabilities in the Public Service through HR programmes, research and consultancy.
What you will be working on: - Research on HR trends and best practices in public and private sector companies.
- Develop learning interventions and resources of varying formats (e.g. e-learning courseware, videos, case studies, toolkits and infographics).
- Build AIbots/ Pair Assistants to enhance learning relevance/ application/ transfer.
- Review user interface and experience for tHRive.
- Review competency tagging and content relevance for LEARN products.
