• Prior litigation experience in a law firm or through a judicial clerkship.

• Experience in commercial litigation or IP litigation strongly preferred, including meaningful involvement in motion practice, discovery, and high-stakes matters.

• Strong academic credentials and a technical background; engineering or computer science experience preferred.
