THE ROLE

We are looking for a Compliance & Risk Lead to support a wide range of compliance and risk matters across the business. Working closely with the Head of GRC, the role is key in providing knowledgeable yet practical advice, oversight and operational guidance to ensure regulatory obligations are met, risks are managed and wider governance processes operate smoothly across the business.

• Ensure that the business meets any and all statutory, regulatory and certification obligations through the delivery of operationally independent oversight, advice and assistance.
• Support Company compliance requirements (including but not limited to the areas of data protection, anti‑bribery & corruption, whistleblowing, modern slavery, gifts & hospitality requirements).
• Assist with the sound operation of the Company’s risk management and business continuity frameworks.
