Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

This senior role sits within the Operations team and focuses on regulatory reporting, process improvement, quality assurance and supporting Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and quality‑assure regulatory reporting and management information
Support quarterly client reporting and annual tax reporting
Act as an escalation point for complex technical queries
Provide training on products, systems and procedures
Produce business requirement documentation
Review and improve systems, processes and service standards
Conduct casework and third‑party quality assurance reviews
