Job Description
Draft and negotiate agreements with Latin American distribution agents ensuring compliance with both . and local market regulations.Advise on the legal implications of offering new and existing products and services, including private funds, exchange traded notes and local Latin American structures.Coordinate with local counsel across Latin American jurisdictions on regulatory matters, fund formation work, and compliance issues specific to each market.Draft and review private fund offering materials, partnership agreements, and other private fund legal documentation.Review and negotiate side letters, subscription agreements, and investor documentation for Latin American institutional and high-net-worth clients.Support client relationship development and business expansion initiatives in key Latin American markets.
