I m working with a prominent international law firm that is looking to strengthen its Investment Funds team in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a market-leading partner on a diverse and high-value portfolio of mandates advising both sponsors and investors. The team regularly advises on fund formation across the ADGM DIFC and other international jurisdictions.

The work spans a broad range of fund types including private equity venture capital real estate and Shari ah-compliant structures. You ll also have the opportunity to advise on some of the region s most innovative matters including tokenised and tech-driven fund structures. The role offers full lifecycle exposure - from initial structuring and formation through to operations exits and wind-downs.
