The role is senior and detail‑intensive, overseeing all stock‑holding departments across the property, including beverage, food, spa retail, galleries, housekeeping amenities, and operational equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy at property level, ensuring all data is complete, audit‑ready, and aligned with group standards.
