Responsibilities
Update inventory lists to maintain accurate and current stock records
Receive and dispatch goods while verifying stock movements against inventory records to ensure accuracy
Check purchase orders against stock levels to confirm order correctness before processing
Prepare delivery schedules to coordinate timely shipments and meet customer deadlines
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the storage facility to ensure operational readiness and safety
Enter data accurately into the database to support real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize storage costs and avoid stockouts
