Responsibilities

1. Conduct monthly actual inventories.
2. Compare on‑hand inventory against system records/documents ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
3. Perform investigations for any inventory discrepancies.
4. Prepare a monthly inventory report which includes reconciliation status, list of old, dirty, defective, lacking, excess stocks after conducting monthly inventories to store and report it to Consignment Manager, Brand Manager, Area Managers, and other related personnel.
