Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, the Invasive Cardiology Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordination and facilitation of all aspects of safe patient care delivery for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and electrophysiology procedures in Invasive Cardiology Labs.

Furthermore, coordinates and solves administrative problemsoncampus (inpatient / outpatient) within the operations of Hospital Services- including but not limited to: Patient Flow, Clinical Staffing, Regulatory Issues, Disaster Response, Employee Health, Emergency Management, Descendent Affairs, Risk Management, Safety - Security/ Help Desk / Patient Representative/ Social Services/ Nutrition Service/ Physician Relations / Human Resources and Community Health Services on a shift basis for Denver Health.
