Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, impartial interpretation between English and Xhosa during hearings, disciplinary meetings, and other HR-related sessions.
  

• Ensure that all parties fully understand the proceedings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  

• Assist HR personnel in conveying messages clearly and accurately in both languages.
