Position Overview

Responsibilities:
- IT Support and Incident Management:
- Assist in logging and tracking IT incidents and service requests via the Jira ITSM system.
- Provide basic technical support for users under the supervision of IT Executives, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help document recurring incidents and contribute to root cause analysis
- Learn to manage tickets, prioritize issues, and maintain SLA compliance.
- Hardware, Network, and System Support:
- Support the setup, installation, and maintenance of laptops, printers, and meeting room VC equipment (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, and access issues).
- Participate in system monitoring and help update documentation for infrastructure changes.
