In this role, you will assist the team in the development and implementation of crisis and incident management plans, ensuring the safety and continuity of our operations. Your involvement will be crucial in organising Crisis & Incident Management events, tracking and monitoring action items using digital tools, record keeping, and analyzing trends to ensure effective intervention and identifying improvement plans.
