About the Role

The Food & Beverage Intern supports the F&B team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across various outlets, including restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, and banqueting. This internship provides a comprehensive, hands‑on learning opportunity in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, allowing the intern to gain practical knowledge of food service operations, guest interaction, and teamwork. What You Will Do

• Clear, clean and set‑up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner.
• Polish silverware, refill condiment containers and crumb tables.
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Breakdown, clean and set‑up buffets and food stations.
