You will support day-to-day PDM operations (task resolution, Incident ticket handling, user support) and help test and evaluate AI-assisted tools used in our PDM applications. This internship blends hands-on systems support with structured software testing and offers exposure to real-world engineering data and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Support
- Help resolve user tickets related to workflows, permissions, and data issues in PDM applications (3 system applications).
- Document fixes, create FAQs/how‑to guides, and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common tasks.
- Monitor queues and service levels; escalation of complex issues; analyze root causes and propose preventive actions.
- Support release activities (e.g., change notices, BOM updates, file/version control) under guidance from the PDM team.
