Your Tasks

• Capture and produce photo, video, and written content that documents key customer journey milestones (e.g., production stages, handover events)
• Develop creative concepts for short and long-form video aligned with brand and customer experience goals as well as produce narrative-driven multimedia content (videos, images, short stories)
• Write, design, and independently create stories and short-form communication pieces as well as support and execute photographic projects from briefing to delivery
• Write scripts for various video formats (interviews, short clips, behind-the-scenes footage)
• Attend aircraft delivery events and document key moments on-site
• Support the Brand Experience team with daily operational and administrative tasks as well as create content and provide on-site coverage for BE events
