Summary The position is assigned to any Branch in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs , Office of International Visitors (ECA/PE/V). Among its responsibilities, ECA/PE/V plans, develops, implements, and coordinates the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
