Position Overview

The Shaw Industries Group Transformation Management Office (TMO) provides consulting and strategic analysis to the three business unit leaders (Residential, Commercial and Turf) and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).


The successful consultant will have a very strong background in strategic and financial analysis using the Porter’s Five Forces Model (Industry Competition, New Entrants into the Industry, Power of Suppliers, Power of Customers, Threat of Substitute Products) and will be asked to conduct various environmental scans of our industry and our competitors. The successful person will have proven ability in being able to develop a hypothesis, build a fact-base, identify insights and help the company convert those insights into action.
