Job Purpose

The Internal Sales Support provides sales support and expertise to the sales team, aiding in the promotion and sales of the company's products and solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, preparing standard proposals, order processing, logistics and ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and company capabilities.

Job Context

Working within the Sales Department, assist in pre‑sales activities, submission of quotation as well as maintaining proper project filing for each project and helping develop solutions tailored to customer needs.

This role requires basic knowledge of the company’s products and a keen ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.

Job Dimensions

Reports to: Sales Manager or Sales Director

Collaborates with: Sales team, customers, suppliers/vendor, office staff, factory, marketing and logistic.
