Customer Service Representative

Our client is looking to fill a position for Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be focused on all the Order-To-Cash activities and some PTP activities to provide superior customer service in line with our policies whilst driving our commitments effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling customers' purchase orders by using a mix of different technologies and processes ensuring effective service and administration support for the assigned customers in one or more business units, following compliance regulations.
• Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow up on order activity to alert customers in case of discrepancies.
• Inbound and outbound communication with our customers, local suppliers, and within the organization.
