Customer Relations:
Review orders department inboxes for pending tasks such as outstanding orders
Log customer complaints, personal or product-related, and ensure timely feedback.
Courtesy calls to potentially disgruntled clients after have finalized a given task.
Assist orders and sales with quotes and inquiries from existing clients Sales:
Log all inbound sales inquiries (Phone, Email, Website, Walk-In)
Make and log outbound sales calls to set up appointments for sales reps
