Internal Sales Representative

Currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative for a leading High-Quality Equipment Supplier for Engineering, Welding and Mining companies in South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Answering Telephones – Queries and orders
2. Telephonic Customer support
3. Counter Sales/Service – sales and queries
4. Finance: Payments from clients, invoicing (Kerridge), credit notes
5. Quotation to clients and follow up on quotations
6. Telesales – existing customer bi-weekly follow-up and new clients, Identifying, pursuing opportunities in the market, Promoting the Company’s products to clients
7. Assist Sales reps with Test Certificates
8. General Admin Function
9. Cash Sales and daily breakdown of cash sales – Till cash up
10. Confirming payments and assisting debtors with cash accounts and debtors accounts
11. Purchasing– Stock products and consumables
