This role exists to protect, grow, and maximise revenue within Ello Technology’s existing client base.
As an Internal Sales Consultant, you are responsible for client retention, account growth, and transactional revenue through once-off sales, renewals, upgrades, and project opportunities. You play a critical role in ensuring clients remain satisfied while continuously identifying ways to increase value and strengthen long-term relationships.
This is a commercially focused, client-facing role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both relationships and revenue. Your success will be measured by retention, revenue contribution, and consistency in execution.
