A rapidly growing, value-based primary care organization is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead clinical operations across the Orlando and Tampa market. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on provider performance, quality outcomes, and operational execution across a multi-site outpatient network.
This position is ideal for a hands-on physician leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about improving care delivery for geriatric populations within a managed care model. Position Highlights
* Oversight of 9 clinics across Orlando & Tampa
* Mon- Fri; 8a-5p
* Leadership of 50 PCPs and 25-30 clinical team members
* Direct reporting to the Chief Medical Officer
