About the role
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to be based in our Wellington office (complete with barista coffee machine!). This is an awesome opportunity to lead the development and implementation of Meridian's internal communications strategy, working in a close‑knit team and reporting to the Head of Communications. The role has one direct report but previous leadership experience is not essential.

- Shaping how Meridian communicates from the inside out, leading an internal comms function that connects our people to the business, its direction, and its impact.
