Plans and conducts financial, operational and compliance audit of the entities in the Group including overseas subsidiaries. Audit process documentation, risk identification and assessment, evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures . Interpret audit results, develop value adding recommendations to mitigate the risks and prepare audit working papers/reports . Make written recommendations to Management and business process owners to increase efficiency and /or effectiveness of the control systems of functions reviewed .
