You will learn the fundamentals of managing an event from end to end. This includes liaising with event promoters to confirm ticket prices, promotions and events on-sale dates and working on the ground at the box office to manage guests’ expectations, as well as understanding more about retail mall-related marketing campaigns.

• Box Office – Engage visitors in a positive and professional manner and act as the crowd controller in various box offices. Assist with ticket processing for events and liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy.
