About the Role
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with daily tasks that help manage employee information and important HR documents. This role is great for students or fresh graduates who want to learn how HR works in real companies and gain hands‑on experience with HR systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Update Employee Records
- Help keep employee information up to date in the system, including new joiners, people leaving the company, and staff changes such as transfers or promotions.
- Assist in updating personal details when employees request changes.
- Prepare HR Documents
- Support the team in creating simple HR documents such as letters and forms.
- Learn how to use templates and follow HR guidelines.
