Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on projectsProvide analytical support to the team in working out and reviewing financial modelsDraft, prepare and consolidate information relevant for written reports, presentations to the relevant management levels for approvalAssist with management updates and investment/projects reporting mattersPerform any other ad-hoc assignments as requiredRequirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or any other related disciplinesProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPossess knowledge of investment and financial risk and corporate finance conceptsProactive, willing to learn and take ownership of workGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
