Job Purpose

The Digital Enablement Intern will assist the Shared Services team by supporting basic automation, digital enablement, and process improvement activities under the guidance of senior team members. The role is focused on learning how business processes operate, helping identify manual or repetitive tasks, and assisting with the development, testing, and documentation of simple digital or automation solutions using approved tools. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise processes, automation concepts, and productivity tools, while working closely with experienced professionals in a structured and supervised environment.
