Role Summary
An Intermediate Technical Writer to transform existing user self-serve help content into short-form, single-intent documentation for Adobe products across web, desktop, mobile, and in-app surfaces. The role requires restructuring and rewriting in-scope content using defined content patterns, while ensuring clarity, accuracy, consistency, and UX-friendly readability at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Transform in-scope user help content on the client platform into concise, task-focused articles using established content patterns (currently: Tasks, Concepts, References, Troubleshooting, FAQs, What’s New, Release Notes; more may be added).
Ensure content is clear, accurate, concise, easy-to-understand, and user-friendly.
Follow client style guides, voice & tone, and defined content patterns.
