Position Overview
Leads Agile Development squads with autonomy and accountability across a number of projects/platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports 1-2 teams on a single backlog (AMS or PSS)Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different projects, different cultures, co located vs. distributed, etc). Coaches different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practicesConducts Agile Events, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectivesEducates the squads on the adoption of Agile practices and identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities.- Focuses squads on value creationIdentifies obstacles to team/s performance; facilitates resolution and escalates where necessaryActively participates in sprints and partners with Product Owners to enable the delivery of prioritized features- Reinforces target agile behaviorsActs as a servant leader to the team (not the ‘bossʼ)Pr...
