eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for major build long term projects in the Leinster region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value projects across multiple sectors, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for supporting the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
You will play a key role in cost control, subcontractor management, and ensuring strong commercial performance across all project stages.
