AtkinsRéalis is looking for experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our team on newly awarded projects across various sectors and locations within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Contract Administration, including re-measurement, interim and final account payment
• Application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractors claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management
• Attendance of design and commercial meetings

Qualifications

• Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, etc.
• At least 4 years of consultant and/or client background
