Client Details Our client is a well known and well established ICI focused General Contractor focusing mainly on Corporate and Institutional new builds and renovations.

Description Reporting to the Lead Estimator, the successful candidate will be involved in all estimating activities for the organisation. You will successfully track down project leads turning them into bidding opportunities, solicit pricing from trade partners and develop detailed budgets and competitive bids and proposals to meet the objective of continued and sustainable growth of the Company.

Responsibilities

Recommend and implement winning tendering strategies.

Produce detailed quantity take-offs and price labour, material and equipment portions of estimates.
