Intermediate Deskside Analyst (3+ years) to provide Tier II support for business software, devices and collaboration spaces in an enterprise environment.

Important

Length: 8 months.

Approximately 60% of the time in Redwater and 40% of time in Fort Saskatchewan.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Deskside Analyst providing tier 1 and 2 support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience technical support, installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktops, laptops, smartphones, hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with Windows 11, iOS, and Active Directory for computer management.
• Experience deploying, configuring and supporting a variety of business software including Microsoft Office 365 products, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe qualified suite, and SAP client GUI.
