We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Lead to join a large organisation on an interim basis. This is a hands on technical role for someone who knows the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform inside out and can hit the ground running from day one across both BAU support and development activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, investigating and resolving incidents, defects and production issues within agreed SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long term fixes, monitoring platform performance, integrations and system health
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, Document Management and HR Catalogues and Workflows
