An experienced Interim Factory General Manager is required to lead a large food manufacturing operation in Gateshead during a critical period of operational focus and performance improvement.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role carries full site accountability across Safety, Quality, Cost, Service and People. The successful candidate will provide visible leadership, operational stability and strategic direction while driving performance, engagement and continuous improvement across the factory.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring an individual who can quickly establish credibility, make effective decisions and deliver results within a fast-paced FMCG food manufacturing environment.
