We are seeking an experienced England and Wales Qualified Commercial Lawyer with a proven background working in contract review and management.

Successful applicants will have:

• A good understanding of commercial contracts and SaaS agreements
• Generalist commercial drafting and issue-spotting skills
• Ability to progress contracts quickly or escalate where further legal input is required.
• Experience of support for M&A due diligence (desirable)
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period
• Flexibility to work on-site up to three times a week in Bolton
