We are currently supporting a large NHS Trust in the West Midlands to recruit an experienced Interim HR Business Partner (Band 8a) for an initial 6-month assignment. About the Role

As a senior member of the People & OD function, you will operate as a trusted advisor to Divisional leadership, playing a key role in driving workforce transformation and delivering strategic people priorities. You will partner with senior clinicians and operational leaders across Urgent & Emergency Care to support delivery against key performance, financial and cultural objectives.
