As Founders' Associate, you will operate at high velocity, acting as a strategic partner to our C‑Level leadership. The role offers a unique chance to help steer a global vacation‑rental group while enabling those around you to succeed. You will work on confidential M&A transactions, board‑level strategy papers, and complex cross‑functional projects, focusing on the Group’s most critical priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to run a global tech business through constant exchange with the C‑Level and across all functions of Interhome and the HomeToGo Group.
• Manage mission‑critical topics as a trusted proxy for the leadership; transition from absorbing knowledge to making decisions and communicating on behalf of the C‑Suite.
• Prepare and pre‑align strategy in close collaboration with Senior Management, ensuring high‑level visions are translated into actionable tactics and delivered results.
