Intercompany Senior Finance Analyst

Position Overview

As part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, The ICO Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving complex intercompany Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) issues across multiple entities. This role focuses on identifying discrepancies, driving resolution, and improving processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting within a global environment.

SSC > Finance SSC > Controlling and Reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and uphold the governance structure and operating model for intercompany AR/AP

  • Ensure personal adherence to defined processes, policies, and controls across all ICO activities

  • Maintain and update ICO process documentation including SOPs and process flow maps

  • Work closely with business users to ensure documentation reflects current practices and supports compliance
