Intensive Intervention Lead 

Clinical Quality Lead (Complex Care) Wales, Bristol and Swindon

Iris Care Group is seeking an experienced and values‑driven Intensive Intervention Lead – Social Care to support the delivery of safe, evidence‑based care for people with complex mental health and learning disability needs. This senior role provides practice leadership, quality oversight, and crisis support, ensuring care aligns with national legislation, NICE guidance, and least‑restrictive principles.

Working under the supervision of a registered clinician, you will help translate clinical formulation into day‑to‑day practice, strengthen staff capability, and promote a culture of learning, safety, and human rights.

Key Responsibilities
