As a Training Specialist, you’ll shape the unit’s training enterprise, developing curriculum, qualification pathways, and timeline recommendations aligned to Space Force Instruction (SFI) 13‑105 and evolving guidance. You’ll manage training records and Space Force readiness‑aligned schedules for multiple operators, ensuring full compliance with government standards and complete visibility into crew readiness.
