Integrated Planning & Change Lead - SC Cleared - Outside IR35

Rate: £450-£500 per day

The role: A Secure Government organisation is seeking an Integrated Planning & Change Lead to design and run integrated portfolio planning across a complex, multi-supplier transformation programme. You will own the master plan, dependency management and change control across a large-scale delivery environment.

Required experience:

• 8+ years' portfolio or multi-programme planning experience


• Strong track record in multi-supplier delivery environments (e.g. Home Office, FCDO, MOD)


• Experience building planning frameworks from scratch
